Wheeled by the mastermind of Chef Ryan, Shiawase showcases a handful of extraordinary robatayaki delicacies certainly to be astonishing all the diners. One of Shiawase’s Hanamidori yakitori cuisines crafted with hanamidori, a Fukuoka breed of chicken perfectly suited for grilled chicken cuisines. While it is crispy and aromatic at first glance, its taste of juiciness and meaty texture delivers fulfilling appetite where a single bite delivers a crunchy and luscious altogether, where chef even perfectly depicts the meaty Tsukune Skewer as well as rare parts such as tender Chicken Heart Skewer and extra juicy Chicken Tail Skewer, letting all the privileged diners have an all-rounded chicken delicacy experience.

While the enriching taste of Hanamidori plays a significant role on depicting a juicy yaki satisfaction, Fukuoka Pork Roll stands perfectly as a brand new skewer experience redefining your understanding of meaty relishment. While the skewer is coated with a slice of juicy bacon, it is in fact grilled and served with yasai, or vegetables, in the middle. With a crispy texture and alluring smell breezing from the bacon, the hot and juicy vegetables stands out with juice of freshness and revitalisation, adding an unexpected yet surprisingly matching layers at your palate. Alongside the widely acclaimed Coriander Roll and Okra Roll, our chef’s favourite Fukuoka Pork and Strawberry Roll takes it further to the next level, introducing an extra coat of fruitiness and sweet accompanied sourness on top, with optional dip of condensed milk, depicting an unprecedented ravishing taste filled with refreshing characteristics.
