Terms & Conditions For Gift Certificate Package Purchase
 
(1) 推廣期由即日起至2024年12月31日（包括首尾兩天）。This Promotion is offered by The Food Story from now to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
 
(2) 推廣只適用於 The Food Story 之 FOODIE會員。The Promotion applies to The Food Story members.
 
(3) 每一套電子禮券套票中一半數量的電子禮券有效期為購買當日起生效至2025年12月31日，剩餘一半的電子禮券有效期為2025年1月1日生效到2025年12月31日。in each set of Gift Certificate Package, half of the gift certificates can be used from the date of purchase to 31 Dec 2025, and the remaining half of the Gift Certificates can be used from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. 
 
(4) 額外獎賞之電子禮券有效期為2025年3月1日至2025年5月31日。The extra reward Gift Certificates can be used from 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025.

 

(5) 額外獎賞之美饌兌換券、美酒兌換券及餐飲現金券之有效期為2025年1月1日至2025年3月31日。The extra reward Food Redemption Coupons, Wine Redemption Coupons and Dining Vouchers can be used from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
 
(6) 請另參閱電子禮券及額外獎賞之電子優惠券內之條款及細則。For Terms of Usage, please refer to Terms & Conditions of the gift certificate and extra reward e-coupons for more information.
 
(7) 如有任何爭議，The Food Story保留最終決定權。In case of any disputes, the decision of The Food Story shall be final.

現金禮券使用細則
Terms of Usage For Gift Certificates
​
(1) 電子禮券有效期至2025年12月31日。有效期過後，此券將無法使用。Gift certificate is valid till 31 December 2025. Upon expiry of validity period, the certificate will no longer be usable.
 
(2) 電子禮券適用於The Food Story旗下所有餐廳。Gift certificate can be used in all outlets of The Food Story.
 
(3) 電子禮券只適用於堂食。Gift certificate is valid for dine-in only.
 
(4) 電子禮券不適用於電話、手機程式或網上購物。Gift certificate cannot be used for telephone orders, mobile apps orders, or online purchases.
 
(5) 電子禮券不適用於購買任何時令及零售產品、禮券或現金券。Gift certificate is invalid for purchasing of any seasonal and retail products, gift certificates or cash vouchers.
 
(6) 請於結帳付款前出示電子禮券。Please present gift certificate before settlement of payment.
 
(7) 電子禮券只可使用一次並將於兌換後被扣除。Gift certificate will be surrendered at redemption and will not be returned under any condition.
 
(8) 任何禮券之影印本或網上截圖均屬無效，恕不接受。Photocopies or online screenshots of gift certificate are invalid.
 
(9) 電子禮券不允許作任何形式之轉售。Gift certificate is not allowed for resale by any means.
 
(10) 電子禮券不可兌換現金、不可更換或作現金找贖。Gift certificate is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot redeem for cash.
 
(11) The Food Story保留修改本條款及細則而不作另行通知。The Food Story reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this certificate without notice.
 
(12) 如有任何爭議，The Food Story保留最終決定權。The Food Story reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
 
額外獎賞電子禮券使用細則
Terms of Usage For Extra Rewards Gift Certificate

(1) 額外獎賞電子禮券有效期為2025年3月1日至2025年5月31日。有效期過後，此券將無法使用。Extra Rewards Gift Certificate is valid from 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025. Upon expiry of validity period, the certificate will no longer be usable.

(2) 額外獎賞電子禮券適用於The Food Story旗下所有餐廳。Extra Rewards Gift Certificate can be used in all outlets of The Food Story.

(3) 額外獎賞電子禮券只適用於堂食或外賣。Extra Rewards Gift certificate is valid for dine-in and takeaway orders only.

(4) 額外獎賞電子禮券不適用於網上購物。Extra Rewards Gift certificate cannot be used for online purchases.

(5) 額外獎賞電子禮券不適用於購買任何時令及零售產品、禮券或現金券。Extra Rewards Gift certificate is invalid for purchasing of any seasonal and retail products, gift certificates or cash vouchers.

額外獎賞優惠券使用細則
Terms of Usage For Extra Rewards Coupon
 
(1) 額外獎賞優惠券包括美饌兌換券、美酒兌換券及餐飲現金券。Extra Reward Coupons included Food Redemption Coupons, Wine Redemption Coupons and Dining Vouchers.

(2) 額外獎賞優惠券有效期為2025年1月1日至2025年3月31日。有效期過後，此券將無法使用。Extra Reward Coupon is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025. Upon expiry of validity period, the coupon will no longer be usable.

(3) 額外獎賞優惠券適用於指定餐廳堂食使用。Extra Reward coupon can only be used in dine-in and in specified outlet of The Food Story.
 
(4) 憑消費方可使用額外獎賞優惠券。Extra Reward coupon can be used upon any spending at the restaurant.
 
(5) 每張帳單最多可使用 3 張優惠券，（包括所有會員換領券/會員優惠券，支付平台優惠券及商場優惠券等），不可分單使用。Maximum 3 vouchers and coupons can be used in one bill (including The Food Story members redemption voucher or coupon, members discount coupon, discount coupons from payment platform or malls). Splitting bills are not allowed.
 
(6) 請於付款前出示額外獎賞優惠券，結帳後出示恕不受理。Please present the Extra Reward coupon before settling payment, redemption after settling the bill will not be allowed.
 
(7) 額外獎賞優惠券只可使用一次並將於兌換後被扣除。Extra Reward coupon will be invalid after usage and will not be given back under any circumstances.
 
(8) 優惠須收取加一服務費，並按原價計算。All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on original prices.
 
(9) 任何優惠券之影印本或網上截圖均屬無效，恕不接受。Photocopies or online screenshots of this coupon are invalid.
 
(10) 額外獎賞優惠券不允許作任何形式之轉售。Extra Reward coupon is not allowed for resale by any means.
 
(11) 額外獎賞優惠券不可兌換現金、不可更換或作現金找贖。Extra Reward coupon is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
