換領細則 Terms of Redemption
(1) 由The Food Story舉辦的活動（「推廣」）之推廣期為 2023年 4月 1 日至 6 月 30 日（包括首尾兩天）（「推廣期」）。This “FOODIE PASS 85 “ reward program (“Promotion”) is offered by The Food Story from 1 April to 30 June 2023 (both days inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
(2) 本推廣只適用於已下載The Food Story會員手機應用程式之會員（「合資格會員」）。The Promotion applies to members (“Eligible Members”) who have downloaded The Food Story mobile application (“The Food Story Mobile APP”).
(3) 合資格累積消費金額為於推廣期內於The Food Story旗下餐廳堂食，扣除所有透過以The Food Story電子或實體禮券、優惠及其他代金券與積分方 式付款之金額後的淨支出額總和（“合資格累積消費金額”）。The total net spending amount after deduction of all payments by means of electronic/ physical gift vouchers, offers and other vouchers and credits at any of The Food Story restaurants within the Promotion Period are considered as eligible accumulated spending that can be counted towards the Promotion(“Eligible Accumulated Spending”).
(4) 合資格消費金額必須已紀錄於The Food Story會員手機應用程式，未有紀錄之消費紀錄恕不會被計算在合資格消費金額內。Eligible spending should be recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP. Spending that is not recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP will not be counted towards Eligible Accumulated Spending.
(5) 所有於The Food Story之消費只能紀錄於一個會員帳戶，不能分單處理。Each spending at The Food Story’s restaurants can only be counted towards one membership account, splitting bills is not allowed at all The Food Story restaurants.
(6) 每名合資格會員於同一月份可獲得獎賞一次，並於推廣期內按以下消費條件計算: Each eligible member can be rewarded once, reward will be based on the following conditions met within the Promotion Period:
同一月份內消費三次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$1,500即可獲得85折通行證乙張（「優惠」）。3 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$1,500 or more within the same calendar month will be eligible for the reward of ONE FOODIE PASS 85 ("Offer").
(7) 任何最後被取消 / 退回或被發現為虛假之消費紀錄均不適用於是次推廣。Any spendings which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered ineligible for this Promotion.
(8) 完成指定條件後，獎賞將透過The Food Story會員手機應用程式自動推送至得獎者之帳戶。Rewards will be distributed to the eligible member’s account through The Food Story Mobile App automatically once the specified conditions have been fulfilled.
優惠使用細則 Offer Terms of Usage
(1) 此優惠於派發日起30天內有效。有效期過後，此券將無法使用。The offer can be used within 30 days from the day of redemption or generation. Upon expiry of validity period, the offer will no longer be usable.
(2) 此優惠於有效期內可無限次使用。The offer can be used with unlimited access within its valid period.
(3) 此優惠適用於The Food Story旗下所有餐廳。The offer can be used in all outlets of The Food Story.
(4) 此優惠適用於堂食及外賣。The offer is valid for dine-in and self-pick up orders.
(5) 此優惠不適用於購買任何時令及零售產品及The Food Story餐飲優惠券或禮券。The offer is invalid for purchasing any seasonal and retail products and The Food Story Cash Voucher or Gift Certificate.
(6) 此優惠適用於正價餐牌，不適用所有節日、期間限定及特別餐牌。The offer is applicable on original-priced items only, not applicable on all festive, seasonal and special menu or retail products.
(7) 請於付款結帳前提供會員資料並出示此優惠，過後恕不受理。Please provide member information and present this offer before settlement of payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
(8) 此優惠不適用於指定日子(https://www.thefoodstoryhk.com/dates)。The offer is not applicable on dates(https://www.thefoodstoryhk.com/dates).
(9) 任何影印本、網上截圖、塗污、刪改或損壞之優惠券均屬無效，恕不接受。This offer is invalid if found defaced or damaged. Photocopies and digital copies of this offer are not accepted.
(10) 此優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用，並以原價計算，亦不可兌換現金、不可更換或作現金找贖。The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts are applied based on original prices. It is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(11) 此優惠須收取加一服務費，並按原價計算。All prices are subject to 10% service charge and based on original prices.
(12) 持有人有責任承擔優惠券之遺失、失竊、毀壞或遭濫用。The offer holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities for the loss, theft, damage, and misuse of any issued offer.
(13) 如有任何爭議，餐廳保留此優惠之最終決定權。Restaurant reserves the right of final decisions in case of any dispute.
