活動條款及細則 Terms and conditions of Reward Program

1. 由The Food Story舉辦的活動（「推廣」）之推廣期為 2023年 2月 1 日至 3 月 31 日（包括首尾兩天）（「推廣期」）。

This “Eat 2 Win: Reward Double Up! “ reward program (“Promotion”) is offered by The Food Story from 1 February to 31 March 2023 (both days inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).

2. 本推廣只適用於已下載The Food Story會員手機應用程式之會員（「合資格會員」）。

The Promotion applies to members (“Eligible Members”) who have downloaded The Food Story mobile application (“The Food Story Mobile APP”).

3. 合資格累積消費金額為於推廣期內於The Food Story旗下餐廳堂食，扣除所有透過以The Food Story電子或實體禮券、優惠及其他代金券與積分方 式付款之金額後的淨支出額總和（“合資格累積消費金額”）。

The total net spending amount after deduction of all payments by means of electronic/ physical gift vouchers, offers and other vouchers and credits at any of The Food Story restaurants within Promotion Period are considered as eligible accumulated spending that can be counted towards the Promotion(“Eligible Accumulated Spending”).

4. 合資格消費金額必須已紀錄於The Food Story會員手機應用程式，未有紀錄之消費紀錄恕不會被計算在合資格消費金額內。

Eligible spending should be recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP. Spending that are not recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP will not be counted towards Eligible Accumulated Spending.

5. 所有於The Food Story之消費只能紀錄於一個會員帳戶，不能分單處理。

Each spending at The Food Story’s restaurants can only be counted towards one membership account, splitting bills is not allowed at all The Food Story restaurants.

6. 購買The Food Story餐飲現金券之消費並不會被計算於消費金額內。

The purchase of The Food Story Cash Voucher will not be counted towards Eligible Accumulated Spending.

7. 一般獎賞: 每名合資格會員可獲得一般獎賞一次，並於推廣期內按以下消費條件計算:

General Reward: Each eligible member can be rewarded once, reward will be based on the following conditions met within the Promotion Period:

• 消費兩次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$2,000即可獲得The Food Story $100餐飲現金券兩張及2,000 The Food Story會員積分；

2 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$2,000 or more will be eligible for the reward of two $100 The Food Story Dining Cash Voucher and 2,000 The Food Story Members Points;

• 消費四次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$4,000即可獲得The Food Story $100餐飲現金券四張及4,000 The Food Story會員積分；

4 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$4,000 or more will be eligible for the reward of four $100 The Food Story Dining Cash Voucher and 4,000 The Food Story Members Points;

• 消費六次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$6,000即可獲得The Food Story $100餐飲現金券六張及6,000 The Food Story會員積分；

6 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$6,000 or more will be eligible for the reward of six $100 The Food Story Dining Cash Voucher and 6,000 The Food Story Members Points;

• 消費八次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$8,000即可獲得The Food Story $100餐飲現金券八張及8,000 The Food Story會員積分；

8 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$8,000 or more will be eligible for the reward of eight $100 The Food Story Dining Cash Voucher and 8,000 The Food Story Members Points;

• 消費十次或以上，而合資格累積消費金額滿HK$10,000即可獲得The Food Story $100餐飲現金券十張及10,000 The Food Story會員積分。

10 or more transactions at The Food Story Restaurants with Eligible Accumulated Spending of HK$10,000 or more will be eligible for the reward of ten $100 The Food Story Dining Cash Voucher and 10,000 The Food Story Members Points.

8. 終極獎賞: 終極獎賞會由合資格會員中合資格消費次數最高的10位獲得。如消費次數相同，則以合資格累積消費金額較高者為得獎者。

Grand Reward: The Grand Rewards will be rewarded to the 10 Eligible Members with the most number of transactions. In the event of same number of transactions, the member with higher Eligible Accumulated Spending will be the winner.

Grand Prize: Return flight tickets to Tokyo (for 2) [1 Quota]

• 2獎: 月山 汐·廚師發辦 · しお おまかせ (2位) [名額1個] ｛價值$3,976｝

• 3獎: 日山 · 松和牛盛宴 · プレミアム和牛セット (2位) [名額1個] ｛價值$2,876｝

Third Prize: Hiyama Matsu Sukiyaki Set Menuプレミアム和牛セット(for 2) [1 Quota] {Valued at $2,876}

• 4獎: Huso 5 Course Tasting Dinner (2位) [名額2個] ｛價值$1,376｝

4th Prize: Huso 5 Course Tasting Dinner (for 2) [2 Quotas] {Valued at $1,376}

• 5獎: 日山 · 精選清酒 · HIYAMA HARU 山田錦 純米吟釀 720ml (1瓶) [名額5個] ｛價值$688｝

5th Prize: Hiyama Premium Sake Selection – Hiyama Haru Premium Sake 720ml (1 bottle) [5 Quotas] {Valued at $688}

9. 推廣期內之消費次數及合資格累積消費金額會於2023年4 月 10日後結算。The Food Story將核對得獎會員之消費紀錄以確認得獎資格。如有任何爭 議，概以The Food Story之紀錄為準。The Food Story恕不負責澄清該項消費是否計算為合資格累積消費金額並保留合資格累積消費金額的最終決定權。

Number of transactions and Eligible Accumulated Spending within Promotion Period will be settled by The Food Story after 8 April 2023. The eligibility for rewards will be based on member’s spending record. In case of any disputes, spending record will be based on the record from The Food Story. Eligibility of spending records are at the sole discretion of The Food Story. The Food Story has no obligation to clarify which spending records are eligible.

10. 任何最後被取消 / 退回或被發現為虛假之消費紀錄均不適用於是次推廣。

Any spendings which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered ineligible for this Promotion.

11. 於2023年4月 8 日結算合資格累積消費紀錄後，一般獎賞將於2023年4月30日或之前透過The Food Story會員手機應用程式推送至得獎者之帳 戶。餐飲現金券會於推送日起計90日有效，The Food Story會員積分會於推送日起計365日有效。而10名終極獎賞之得獎者將於2023年4月14 日或之前公佈並透過得獎者在The Food Story帳戶中的電郵地址通知得獎者。得獎者須於2023年4月30日前與The Food Story預約享用/領取獎 賞。 逾期將不獲補發。

General Rewards will be fulfilled by adding the rewarded The Food Story Members Points and Cash Voucher to the member’s account through The Food Story Mobile App on or before 30 April 2023 after the settlement of Eligible Accumulated Spending after 8 April 2023. The Cash Voucher will be eligible for 90 days upon issuance, whereas The Food Story Members Points will be valid for 365 days upon issuance. Grand Reward winners will be announced on or before 14 April 2023 through the email address registered under The Food Story Membership. Winners must contact The Food Story to arrange the redemption of prizes on or before 30 April 2023 (by replying to the winners announcement email from enquiry@thefoodstory.hk). Prizes will be not be arranged or granted after the deadline.

12. 次獎至5獎的最後享用/領取獎賞日期為2023年6月30日。(指定日子不適用: https://www.thefoodstoryhk.com/dates)

Second to 5th Prizes have to be enjoyed or redeemed by 30 June 2023. (Blackout dates apply: https://www.thefoodstoryhk.com/dates)

 

兌換機票安排 Flight Tickets Reward Redemption Arrangement

1. The Food Story將於2023年4月14日或之前公佈得獎者後，以電郵方式傳送領獎電郵至得獎者在The Food Story帳戶中的電郵地址。得獎者須 於2023年4月30日前與The Food Story安排兌換機票。 逾期將不獲補發。

The winner will receive a redemption email based on his/her email address in The Food Story Membership Account after the announcement of the winner on or before 14 April 2023. The winner must arrangement redemption of the ticket with The Food Story on or before 30 April 2023. Late redemption will not be entertained.

2. 送出機票為大灣區航空或指定航空公司機票。

Flight ticket will be purchased from Greater Bay Airlines or other designated airlines.

3. The Food Story並非禮品之供應商，故此不會承擔與機票有關之任何法律責任。任何有關機票的問題概由航空公司單獨負責。任何有關禮 品之爭議或投訴，均應由得獎者與航空公司自行解決。

The Food Story is not the supplier of the reward and will not be responsible for any liability relating to them. The Airline will be solely responsible for any issues relating to the tickets issued. Any disputes or complaints shall be resolved directly between the winner and the Airline.

4. 旅行日期為 2023 年6月 1 日至 12 月 31 日，不包括不適用日子，並視航班座位供應情況而定。 （不適用日子為：2023 年 1 月 18 日至 26 日、4 月 1 日至 10 日、5 月 25 日至 26 日、6 月 21 日至 22 日、 6 月 29 日至 7 月 1 日、7 月 14 日至 8 月 27 日、9 月 28 日至 10 月 1 日、 10 月 20 日至 22 日、12 月 21 日至 25 日和 12 月 28 日至 31 日。 ）

The travel period is from 1 June to 31 December 2023, except blackout period and is subject to seat availability of the flights. (Blackout Period: 21 to 22 June, 29 June to 1 July, 14 July to 27 August, 28 September to 1 October, 20 to 22 October, 21 to 25 December and 28 to 31 December 2023.)

5. 贈送之機票已包括稅項、印花成本及燃油附加費。

The flight tickets rewarded cover applicable taxes, cost of levy and fuel surcharges.

6. 贈送之機票不包括加購手提行李、寄倉行李、或任何其他加購項目。

The flight tickets rewarded do not include any surcharge on upgrading carry-on baggage, check-in baggage, or any other upgrade surcharges.

7. 得獎者不可在兌換時選擇航空公司，並以所選旅行日期的座位供應情況而定。

The winner cannot choose the carriers upon the redemption and the carrier of the flight ticket is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates.

8. 如因任何不可抗力之因素（如疫情引起的航班取消、 改期、未能出境或強制檢疫等）而未能出發，The Food Story將不會對得獎者的任何 損失負上責任， 亦不會作出退款或賠償。

If the redeemed flight fails to depart due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), The Food Story will not be responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation.

9. The Food Story有權隨時修改機票之使用條款而不作另行通知。如有爭議，The Food Story擁有最終決定權。

The Food Story reserves the right to revise, suspend or terminate all or any part(s) of the terms and conditions of the ticket redemption and usage, at any time without prior notice or reason. The Food Story reserves the right to the final decision on all matters of dispute.

有關推廣獎賞之一般條款及細則 Terms and Conditions regarding the prizes of The Promotion

​

1. 獎賞不可兌換現金或其他產品。

All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

2. 如因任何原因無法提供獎賞，The Food Story保留隨時以其他獎賞取代之權利，毋須另行通知。而該獎賞之價值及種類可能與禮品不相同。

The Food Story reserves the right to replace the prizes with other prizes at any time without prior notice and without reason. The value or nature of the substitute prize may differ from the prizes offered in this Promotion.

3. 得獎者獲派發之獎賞後須於獎賞上所顯示或於此條款及細則上列明的到期日或之前兌現/兌換。

Winners of prizes must redeem the prizes on or before the validity dates on the reward or stated in this Terms & Conditions.

4. 得獎者必須透過The Food Story會員手機應用程式賬戶方可使用餐飲現金券及The Food Story會員積分。

Winners of prizes have to use The Food Story Mobile App to use the Cash Vouchers or The Food Story Members Points.

 

一般條款及細則 General

​

1. The Food Story保留隨時暫停、更改或終止本推廣及不時修改本推廣之條款及細則之權利。The Food Story對本推廣之所有事宜均有最終決定權。 如有任何爭議，The Food Story保留最終決定權。

The Food Story reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of The Food Story shall be final.

2. 除另有指明，本推廣不可與其他優惠同時享用。

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and offer unless otherwise specified.

3. 本條款及細則之中、英文文本有任何歧異，概以英文文本為準。

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
