About  Dim Sum Gallery

點心廊以點心與藝術意形合一,畫作中展現的筆墨色彩線條,與美點帶出的色香味美如出一轍。由擁有超過五十年經驗的陳小麒師傅掌舵,點心廊的美點更展現了粵菜的博大精深,每款點心背後都有自己的故事,餘韻悠長。

 

陳師傅承傳傳統烹調古法,帶來經典懷舊的筍尖蝦餃、大地魚末燒賣與爆口叉燒飽等。同時也選取獨特食材入饌,以與別不同的食材組合,演繹大膽創新的意念,進一步昇華點心的口感與味道。

Dim Sum Gallery brings the beautiful food and art together, presenting the delicacies with colour, aroma and taste just like a delightful ink painting. 

Helmed by Master Chan, a pioneer in culinary art, he presents the true tastes of dim sum with the best craftsmanship and the most original cooking at the Dim Sum Gallery.

點心廊暨麒藝館的靈魂人物陳小麒師傅,擁有超過 50 年在香港及東京著名中菜館入廚經驗,曾擔任喜來登酒店天寶閣主廚長達 17 年,亦曾遠赴東京為翠園掌廚超過 6 年。陳小麒師傅特別醉心粵菜,榮獲多個國際點心與粵菜大獎。除了鑽研傳統古法,更親自前往粵式點心的發源地取經,以最原汁原味的方法展現超卓手藝與點心真味。

Master Chan, a pioneer in culinary art with more than 50 years of experience. His specializing in Cantonese cuisine has won many international awards on dim sum and Cantonese cuisine.  With a keen interest in studying the original ancient cooking recipes, he travels to Canton regions where dim sums originated from to learn more.  Combining quality ingredients with traditional recipes, he then presents true tastes with the best craftsmanship and the most original cooking to the customers.
