限時搶購活動 Flash Campaign

條款及細則 Terms & Conditions

1. 是次限時搶購「周杰倫《嘉年華世界巡迴演唱會2025》香港站 門票」活動(“本限時活動”)之推廣活動日期由 2025年6月24日早上10時00分至晚上11時59分。This Flash Campaign is offered by The Food Story from 24 June 2025 10:00 AM to 24 June 2025 11:59 PM.  

2. 本限時活動活動只適用於已下載The Food Story會員手機應用程式之會員。The flash Campaign applies to members who have downloaded The Food Story mobile application (“The Food Story Mobile APP”).  

3. 參加者必須於2025年6月1日至6月22日期間於 The Food Story 旗下任何餐廳堂食惠顧滿3次或以上，方合資格參與本限時活動 (合資格會員)。Participants must dine-in at any of The Food Story restaurants for 3 times or above within 1st June 2025 to 30th June 2025 to be eligible to participate in The Flash Campaign (Eligible Members).  

4. 合資格消費紀錄必須於2025年6月22日或之前已紀錄於The Food Story會員手機應用程式，未有紀錄之消費紀錄恕不會被計算在合資格消費金額內。如有任何爭議，一概以The Food Story之系統紀錄為準。Eligible spending records should be all recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP on or before 22nd June 2025. Spending that is not recorded in The Food Story Mobile APP will not be counted. . In case of any disputes, the spending record will be based on the system record from The Food Story.   

5. 所有於The Food Story之消費只能紀錄於一個會員帳戶，不能分單處理。Each spending at The Food Story’s restaurants can only be counted towards one membership account, splitting bills is not allowed at all The Food Story restaurants.  

6. 任何最後被取消 / 退回或被發現為虛假之消費紀錄均不適用於是次限時搶購活動。The Food Story恕不負責澄清該項消費是否計算為合資格並保留合資格消費的最終決定權。Any spendings which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered ineligible for this Flash Campaign. Eligibility of spending records are at the sole discretion of The Food Story. The Food Story has no obligation to clarify which spending records are eligible.  

7. 兌換碼將於2025年6月23日透過 The Food Story App 推送提示發佈給予合資格會員。該兌換碼不得轉讓給非合資格會員使用，如有發現一律取消資格處理。The designated Promo Code will be announced to eligible members on 23rd June 2025 via The Food Story App push notification. The designated Promo Code is not allowed to share to non-eligible members to use. If any violations are found, the qualification will be revoked.  

8. 憑證兌換碼只限2025年6月24日早上10點00分至晚上11點59分期間使用，每名合資格會員可於有效期內憑指定優惠碼獲取「周杰倫《嘉年華世界巡迴演唱會2025》香港站 $1,880 門票 2 張」購買憑證最多乙次。優惠碼名額共4個，先到先得，額滿即止。The dedicated Promo Code is only valid for use from 24 June 2025 10:00 am to 11:59 pm. Each eligible participant can redeem maximum ONE「JAY CHOU CARNIVAL WORLD TOUR 2025-Hong Kong $1,880 Tix For 2」Purchase voucher with the designated Promo Code within the redemption period. The dedicated Promo Code is with a quota for 4 only. Limited quotas apply, first come first served.   

9. 當輸入指定兌換碼以獲取購買憑證時，參加者即被視為已參加本活動，並同意接受本條款及細則約束。參加者乃自願參與本限時搶購活動並同意自行承擔所有風險及責任。The Food Story將於2025年6月25日與成功搶購者聯絡，而成功搶購者必須於指定時間內完成付款，否則作棄權論，所需之4,800積分將於成功搶購者的The Food Story 會員帳戶自動扣除；如其帳戶內不足4,800積分需收取額外$240手續費。如若所提供之資料有錯漏或不正確，以致本公司未能通知付款資料，本公司概不負責，亦不會補發獎賞。By redeeming Priority Purchase voucher with the designated Promo Code, participation in the Flash Campaign represents the participant’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the activity. For any individual who has participated in the activity implies they submit the entry voluntarily, and willing to bear for any risk and responsibility. The Food Story will contact Winners on 25 June 2025, the winners of the Flash Campaign must settle the payment within specific period for tickets redemption arrangements, or otherwise the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the tickets, once the voucher is redeemed, the required 4,800 points will be deducted immediately from the winner’s The Food Story account, if there are not enough than 4,800 points in the account, an additional fee of $240 will be charged. The Food Story reserves the right to determine a replacement or forfeit the tickets. If any of the information provided to The Food Story is inaccurate or incomplete resulting in failure by The Food Story to contact the winner for the payment details, The Food Story shall not be liable for any loss and will not re-issue the tickets to the winner.  

10. 成功付款者須於2025年6月26日或之前，親身或授權他人前往本公司或提供郵寄地址以領取門票，逾期領票將被視為放棄資格，本會將保留處理有關門票的權利，成功付款者不得異議或要求任何形式之補償。如授權他人領取門票，須出示已簽妥的授權書及成功付款者的身份證副本辦理領獎手續。All winners must redeem the prize on or before 26 June 2025 at The Food Story office in person or by authorized person, or provide corresponding address for courier arrangement . In the event that a winner fails to collect his/her tickets before the deadline stipulated by The Food Story, the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the tickets. Late redemption will not be accepted. The Food Story reserves the absolute rights to handle the related tickets. In the event that the winner authorized another individual to collect his/her tickets, the representative must present a signed authorization letter and a copy of the winner’s HKID.  

11. 是次活動所售出之門票不得退換、轉讓或兌換現金、任何其他貨品或服務，並受演唱會舉辦方有關條款及細則約束。本會對門票不作出任何（不論明示、暗示或法定的）保證（包括但不限於其質素、享用、使用或其他方面的），並且對門票在任何方面造成之損失或損壞不承擔任何責任（包括但不限於其質素、售後服務、使用或任何其他方面）。參加者如對質素、演唱會舉辦方之服務或與有關門票的任何其他方面有任何查詢、意見、投訴或爭議，請直接聯絡相關演唱會舉辦方。All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other goods, or services in any circumstances. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions of the supplier applicable to them. The Food Story has not given and shall not give any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, in relation to the tickets (including quality, performance, enjoyment, use or any other aspects). The Food Story shall also not be liable for any losses or damages caused by or in connection with the tickets (whether it relates to quality, performance, after-sale services, use or otherwise). Any enquiries, comments, complaints or disputes relating to quality of the tickets, supplier's services or any matters concerning the prizes should be directed to the relevant supplier.  

12. 如有任何爭議，The Food Story 保留最終決定權。In case of any disputes, the decision of The Food Story shall be final.
